B757 Jet Run-Up Handbook

The B757 Jet Run-Up Handbook is a 500+ page maintenance manual for airline mechanics during the jet engine run-up process, exclusively for the charter airline, Omni Air International.

Objective:
Concisely and accurately provide the procedures involved in the jet engine run-up process.  Integrate the Boeing guidelines with Omni Air International standards.

My Role:
Project Manager.  I created the manual by merging Boeing guidelines and Omni Air International standards, while collaborating with the Director of Engineering & Maintenance

Timeline: five months
